tuesday = tasty
tonight we cooked the grilled tuscan chicken with rosemary and lemon and it was dee-lish! michael was impressed that the marinade didn't burn over his charcoals and we all enjoyed the tender chicken with the leftover grains and some cool cantaloupe. not sure that we'll have enough left for the salad i had planned tonight... highly recommended!! now if it would only cool off a bit...
